SAMPRO Training is a division of the South African Milk Processors’ Organization (SAMPRO), tasked with developing learning materials and rendering certain services with respect to skills development to processors of milk.

 

These include:

• The maintenance of registered learning standards and/or replacement of same in line with new developments in technology and learning dispensation requirements;

• Development of learning materials to suit the standards’ requirements (which in the near future will also entail the re-packaging of learning contents for reason of a new, much improved, integrated approach to learning provision and assessment);

• The design of qualifications for dairy technical learning; the marketing of learning materials and processes and

• Involvement in the promotion of dairy science/technology education at tertiary level.
